Ingredients
- 1 package (15.25 ounces) Betty Crocker Super Moist Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 package (3.5 ounces) vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3/4 cup pale dry sherry
Ingredients (drizzle mix)
1-3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
3 tablespoons of pale dry sherry, or more to reach desired consistency
Method
Step 1
Mix all ingredients. Divide into 2 greased and floured 8-in. x 4-in. loaf pans.
Step 2
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Combine drizzle ingredients. Cool cake 5 minutes and drizzle with half of mixture. Cool other 5 minutes and drizzle again.
