Ingredients
- 2-1/2 cups Bisquick
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons soft butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 3/4 cup mixed candied fruits
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 3 tablespoons water
Method
Step 1
Stir Bisquick, milk and egg together to form a soft dough. Knead slightly on floured board.
Step 2
Roll to 9-in. x 12-in. rectangle. Mix butter, sugar and cinnamon. Spread over dough.
Step 3
Sprinkle with walnuts and candied fruits. Roll up as for jelly roll. Cut in 8 slices and overlap them on a greased baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes. Mix confectioners sugar and water to make frosting. Drizzle over rolls while still warm.
