Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen broccoli, carrots & cauliflower
  • 1 can cream of broccoli soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1-1/3 cup French fried onions, divided

Method

Step 1

In a greased baking dish combine vegetables, soup, milk, soy, and 2/3 cup onions. Microwave on high for 10-12 minutes, or bake at 375° for 30-35 minutes until vegetables are hot, stirring occasionally.

Step 2

Top with remaining 2/3 cup onions. Bake for 3 more minutes.
