Ingredients

  • 1-1/3 cups Bisquick
  • 1/3 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 can (15 ounces) cannellini beans, rinsed and mashed
  • 1-1/2 cups diced cooked turkey
  • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawd and squeezed to drain
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) mozzarella cheese
  • 3 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1-1/4 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds

Method

Step 1

Heat oven to 375°. Stir together Bisquick, dressing and beans. Spread in the bottom and 2 inches up the sides of an ungreased 9-in. spring form pan. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until set.

Step 2

Layer with turkey, spinach and cheese. Mix together eggs and milk, Pour over cheese. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 50 to 55 minutes until golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes.

Step 3

Loosen edge of torta from side of pan. Remove side of pan and slice to serve.
