Ingredients
- 7 ounces spaghetti, broken into 2-in pieces
- 2 cups cooked turkey
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cans sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 jar (2 ounces) chopped pimientos
- additional shredded cheddar cheese, optional
Method
Step 1
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain. Transfer to a large bowl.
Step 2
Add next 10 ingredients and mix well. Spoon into a greased 2-1/2 quart casserole dish.
Step 3
Sprinkle with more cheese if desired. Bake uncovered at 375° for 40-45 minutes.
