As written this makes about 2 gallons of punch but it can be easily divided in half.
It can be made a day or two in advance but leave out the ginger ale and sparkling soda until ready to serve.
Ingredients
- 2 cans fruit punch (about 3 quarts total)
- 1 can (46 ounces) pineapple juice
- 1 can (12 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate
- 2 OJ cans of water
- 16 ounces frozen or fresh sliced strawberries
- 1 large can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple
- 1 quart ginger ale
- 1 quart rum
- 1 quart lemon soda or sparkling water (optional)
