Ingredients
- 3 to 4 pounds chicken wings
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Method
Step 1
Put wings in crock pot. Mix other ingredients together and pour over wings. Cook on high for 1-1/2 to 2 hours, or on low 3 to 3-1/2 hours.
If you want a crispier texture you can broil the wings for a few minutes on each side either before or after cooking.
