- 1 cup oil
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 6 large tomatoes, sliced
Method
Step 1
Mix the first nine ingredients together in a bowl.

In a shallow glass dish, layer onion and tomato. Pour marinade over. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
