Ingredients
- 1 pound sugar snap peas or snow peas
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup finely chopped ham
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon each salt & pepper
Method
Step 1
Cook peas in small amount of boiling water until crisp tender, about 3-4 minutes.
Step 2
Heat oil in a skillet. Add ham, garlic, and thyme. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Mix in snow peas. Season with salt & pepper. Heat though.
