Ingredients

  • 1 pound whole fresh mushrooms
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • dash garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients together.

Step 2

Rinse mushrooms. Wipe away any dirt with a paper towel. Cut off end of stems and discard. Scoop out rest of stem. Chop stems and set aside.

Step 3

Put 1 tablespoon oil in baking dish. Stuff mushrooms with dry ingredients. Sprinkle chopped stem pieces on top. Put a drop of olive oil on each. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
