Ingredients

  • 1 pound cake, sliced
  • 1 jar strawberry jam
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 pint strawberries, sliced
  • 2 containers (8 ounces each) Cool Whip

Ingredients (filling)

2 packages (3.4 ounces each) vanilla instant pudding

3 cups milk

1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

Method

Step 1

Mix filling ingredients together.

Step 2

Spread cake with jam. Drizzle with a little Chambord if you like. In a glass bowl layer cake, filling, fruits and Cool Whip. Repeat layers. Chill until serving.
