Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 2 packages (10 ounces) chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 2 cups Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing (blue bag)
- 3/4 cup melted margarine
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 eggs
- salt, pepper and thyme to taste
Method
Step 1
Mix all ingredients. Shape into small balls. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
