Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 1-1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon basil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 pork chops, 3/4-in thick
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Method
Step 1
Combine first 10 ingredients in a shallow bowl or Ziploc bag. Dredge chops in mixture on both sides.
Step 2
Brown chops in oil. Place in a greased 13x9-in baking dish.
Step 3
Mix ketchup, water and brown sugar. Pour over chops. Bake uncovered at 350° for 25-35 minutes to an internal temperature of 145°.
