Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 3 cups water
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method

Step 1

Put potatoes in a greased baking dish.

Step 2

In a saucepan heat water, bouillon, and garlic until bouillon is dissolved. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

Step 3

Bake at 350° for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve with a slotted spoon.
