Ingredients

  • 4 (10-in.) flour tortillas
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 pound thin sliced deli roast beef, or leftover steak or roast beef sliced thin
  • 8 ounces spreadable cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons hot pepper jelly

Method

Step 1

Spread one side of each tortilla with cream cheese and pepper jelly. Top with roast beef and green onion. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Cut into 1-in. slices.
