Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cup margarine, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cups cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups (12 ounces) peanut butter chips
Method
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well.
Step 2
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Blend into creamed mixture. Stir in peanut butter chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 8 to 9 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet 1 minute.
Step 3
Cookies will be soft. They will puff during baking and flatten upon cooling.
