Ingredients
- 12 slices cooked crisp bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt & pepper
Method
Step 1
Grease a 9-in pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, onion, and cheese in pie plate. Place remaining ingredients in a blender. Blend 1 minute on high speed. Pour into pie plate. Bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes until golden and knife comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Refrigerate leftovers. In place of bacon and onions you could use ham, spinach, mushrooms etc.
