Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 cups flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 cups raisins
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Method
Step 1
Mix sugar, oil, eggs, pumpkin and water. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to first mixture and mix. Stir in raisins and nuts.
Step 2
Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups to half full. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
