Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine, melted slowly
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 package leek soup mix
  • 6 medium potatoes (2 pounds), peeled and boiled

Method

Step 1

Cut cooked potatoes into chunks. Mix remaining ingredients and add potatoes. Pour into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes.

If you can’t find leek soup mix, Knorr French Onion Soup or Vegetable Dip mix can be substituted
