Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen hash browns, thawed
- 2 cans cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
- 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
- 1 small can (2.8 ounces) French fried onion rings, divided
- salt & pepper to taste
Method
Step 1
Mix hash browns, soup, milk and half of onions together and put in greased crock pot. Season as desired. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Top with remaining French fried onions before serving.
