Ingredients

  • 4 large baking potatoes, baked
  • 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • sour cream and chives, optional

Method

Step 1

Cut potatoes in half, lengthwise. Scrape out pulp leaving a 1/4-in thick shell. Save pulp for another use. Cut shells into 1/4-in slices or thicker if you are serving with a dip Place on greased baking sheet. Brush insides with margarine.

Step 2

Combine salt, garlic powder and paprika. Sprinkle over slices. Broil until brown, 5-8 minutes. Serve with sour cream and chives if desired.
