Ingredients
- 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 6 hot cherry peppers in vinegar, seeded and chopped
Method
Step 1
Mix together flour, salt and pepper. Dredge pork chops in flour mixture.
Step 2
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chops in oil, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes more.
Step 3
Add peppers and cook for 1 minute. Add 2 tablespoons vinegar from peppers and cook 1 to 2 minutes more.
