- 1 yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 11 ounces mandarin oranges
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple
- 1 package (3.5 ounces) instant vanilla pudding
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
Method
Step 1
Drain mandarin oranges and add water to juice to equal 1-1/3 cups.
Step 2
Mix cake mix, eggs, oranges, oil, and water + juice for 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour into 2 greased and floured 8-in. or 9-in. cake pans. Bake at 350° for 33 to 36 minutes. Cool completely.
Step 3
Combine cool whip, pudding mix, and drained pineapple. Frost cake and refrigerate.
