Ingredients
- 1/2 cup wine vinegar
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon each sugar, soy sauce, pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 pound mushrooms
Method
Step 1
Wash mushrooms and dry on paper. Slice mushrooms. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over mushrooms in a dish. Refrigerate until serving.
