Ingredients
- 8 cups water, or chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 cans cannellini beans, undrained
- 4 tablespoons vegetable base
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 tablespoons pesto
- 2 tomatoes, diced
Method
Step 1
Boil water or broth. Add vegetable base (if using water) and beans. Bring to a boil. Add all vegetables. Add pesto. Salt & pepper to taste. Simmer for 30-45 minutes.
