- 3 large tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillion
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
Method
Step 1
Cut tomatoes in 1/2, widthwise. Place cut side up in baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Step 2
Sprinkle with bouillon and Parmesan. Dot with butter.
Step 3
Bake uncovered at 400° for 20-25 minutes.
