Ingredients

  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillion
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Method

Step 1

Cut tomatoes in 1/2, widthwise. Place cut side up in baking dish coated with cooking spray.

Step 2

Sprinkle with bouillon and Parmesan. Dot with butter.

Step 3

Bake uncovered at 400° for 20-25 minutes.

Shown served with Lemon Feta Chicken These recipes go great together and cook at the same temperature for the same amount of time.
