Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pork loin roast (4-1/2 pounds)
  • 1-2 onions, sliced
  • 1 cup water

Method

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients. Rub over roast.

Step 2

Place roast in pan with onion on top. Pour water into pan. Bake at 325° for 2 to 2-1/2 hours.
