Ingredients

  • 4 unpeeled baking potatoes (about 2 pounds)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Method

Step 1

Cut potatoes into wedges. Place in a greased 13x9-in pan. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with onion, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Stir to coat.

Step 2

Bake at 400° for 45-50 minutes.
