Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons bread crumbs

Method

Step 1

Wash and cut up potatoes into wedges. Spread oil in casserole dish. Roll potatoes in it. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bread crumbs.

Step 2

Bake at 375° for 50 minutes until potatoes are browned. Stir occasionally while baking.
