Ingredients

  • 1 cup buttermilk biscuit mix (or use crushed pork rinds for a low carb version)
  • 1/3 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 broiler fryer chicken, cut up
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/3 cup margarine, melted

Method

Step 1

Combine dry ingredients. Dip chicken pieces in milk then in dry mixture. Place in a greased baking dish. Drizzle margarine over chicken.

Step 2

Bake at 350° for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
