Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 2-1/2 tablespoons oil, divided
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 pound bok choy, stalks and leaves separated, cut in half then in pieces crosswise
- 2 small red peppers, cut in strips
- 1/3 cup each stir fry sauce, orange juice, and water
- 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
Method
Step 1
Cook sesame seeds over medium heat until golden. Set aside.
Step 2
Put chicken and cornstarch in plastic bag. Seal and shake to coat.
Step 3
Heat 2 teaspoons oil in same skillet. Add chicken. Stir fry 5 minutes. Remove to a large plate.
Step 4
Heat remaining oil. Add bok choy stalks and pepper. Stir fry 5 minutes. Add bok choy leaves and stir fry 2 minutes.
Step 5
Mix remaining ingredients and stir into pan. Return chicken. Stir until simmering. Remove to plate. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
