Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lemon-lime soda
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ginger root
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts or cut of your choice
Method
Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients. Use 3/4 cup of the marinade to marinate chicken for 45 minutes in refrigerator. Reserve the rest of the marinade for basting.
Step 2
Grill chicken over medium heat, 5-8 minutes on each side depending on thickness, basting occasionally.
