Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 1 onion cut into 6 slices
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 teaspon instant chicken bouillon
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
Method
Step 1
Trim fat from chops. Heat fat in skillet and brown chops.
Step 2
Place onion slices in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Arrange each chop on onion slice. Combine chicken bouillon, mustard and water. Drizzle over chops. Bake at 350° for 35-50 minutes depending on thickness.
