- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- confectioners' sugar
Method
Step 1
Mix first 6 ingredients. Add egg and margarine. Mix well. Pour into greased 8-in. square pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
