Ingredients

  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 1 medium onion chopped finely
  • 1/3 cup celery, chopped very small
  • 1/3 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • dash of pepper and garlic powder
  • mayonnaise to moisten

Method

Step 1

Drain bean sprouts. Combine all ingredients. Serve with town-house crackers or serve on lettuce for lunch.
