Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Method
Step 1
Mix marinade and save 1/2 cup for basting. Put the rest in a resealable bag with wings. Refrigerate for 8 hours. Drain.
Step 2
Place wings in a greased 15-in. x 10-in. pan. Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes, basting with 1/3rd or the marinade every 15 minutes.
