Ingredients
- 1 prepared 9-in. graham cracker pie crust, baked at 350° for about 10 minutes
- 2 cans (14 oz. each) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup Key Lime juice
- Whipped cream
- Lime zest for garnish
Method
Step 1
Combine the sweetened condensed milk and Key Lime juice. Pour mixture into pie shell.
Step 2
Allow pie crust to cool then place in freezer for a few hours. Remove 1/2 hour before serving to soften.
Step 3
Top with dollops of fresh whipped cream and lime zest.
To make your own crust use 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar, 6 tablespoons butter melted. Mix together, press in a pie plate and bake at 375° for 7 minutes.
