Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or other cut of chicken

Method

Step 1

Combine first 8 ingredients in baking dish. Add chicken, turning once to coat both sides. Cover and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes, turning once.

Step 2

Grill or broil chicken 4 inches from heat, turning once. 3-5 minutes per side.
