Ingredients
- 1 pound ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 pound lasagna, cooked 5 minutes
- 3 cups spaghetti sauce
Method
Step 1
Mix first 3 ingredients and set aside.
Step 2
In an casserole dish layer pasta, cheese mixture, mozzarella, grated cheese and sauce. Repeat layers. On top of final layer of noodles, sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan and cover lightly with sauce.
Step 3
Cover and bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
