Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Poupon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 6 medium red potatoes, about 2 pounds, cut into chunks (any potatoes work well)
Method
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except potatoes. Place potatoes in a lightly greased 13x9-in pan or baking sheet. Top with mustard mixture. Bake at 425° for 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
These turn out great on the grill too. Wrap in heavy duty foil and grill over medium/high heat for 30-40 minutes.
