Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 4 pineapple slices
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • oil

Method

Step 1

Season pork chops with salt & pepper and brown in oil in a skillet. Pour off fat. Place 1 pineapple slice on top of each chop.

Step 2

Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chops. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until meat is tender.
