Ingredients

  • 2 pounds swordfish steaks, 2-in thick
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 lime, quartered

Method

Step 1

Prepare grill. Place swordfish on platter and brush both sides with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Grill swordfish over medium heat until deeply browned, 4 minutes per side. Serve garnished with lime wedges.
