Ingredients
- 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple slices, undrained
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 5 boneless chicken breasts
Method
Step 1
Mix pinapple juice, oil and seasonings. Add chicken and turn to coat. Top with pineapple. Cover and marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Grill chicken and pineapple on each side on medium high grill, about 6-8 minutes per side depending on thickness.
