Ingredients
- 3/4 cup light corn syrup
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1 package (11.5 ounces) chocolate morsels
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 9 cups Golden Grahams cereal
- 3 cups Kraft mini marshmallows
Method
Step 1
Grease a 13-in. x 9-in. pan. Place cereal in a bowl.
Step 2
In a pot heat syrup, margarine and chocolate morsels to boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal in bowl. Toss until coated. Fold in marshmallows 1 cup at a time.
Step 3
Press in pan with buttered back of spoon. Let stand for 1 hour.
Step 4
Cut with a serrated knife into squares.
To cut the sweetness (this is a very sweet dessert) use half Wheat Chex and half Golden Grahams
