Ingredients
- 1 broiler/fryer chicken (2-1/2 pounds), cut up
- 1/4 pound margarine (1 stick), melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix, rolled fine
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, snipped
Method
Step 1
Arrange chicken one layer deep, skin side up in a shallow baking dish, close together so the pieces touch.
Step 2
Pour melted margarine over chicken. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, stuffing crumbs and paprika.
Step 3
Bake uncovered at 350° for 1-1/4 hours. Sprinkle with parsley when done.
