Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound mahi mahi or other white fish fillet
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage, broccoli, spinach or lettuce
  • 4-6 corn or flour tortillas

Ingredients (white sauce)


1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon lime juice

1/2 teaspoon celery seed

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/4 teaspoon chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients (Fruit salsa)


2 cups chopped peeled mango or oranges, sectioned.

3 tablespoons chopped onion

3 tablespoons chopped cilantro

3 tablespoons chopped green or red pepper

1 tablespoon chopped jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped

2 teaspoons lime juice or orange juice

1/2 teaspoon chopped mint leaves

Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Step 1

Place fish on a foil covered baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with Old Bay. Bake at 400° for 10-15 minutes until fish flakes with a fork.

Step 2

In a bowl mix white sauce ingredients.

Step 3

In another bowl mix salsa ingredients.

Step 4

Heat tortillas in microwave for 15 seconds between 2 damp paper towels.

Step 5

Assemble tacos with fish, cabbage, white sauce and salsa. Top with avocado, radishes, lime juice, or whatever you like.
