Ingredients

  • 1 package (15.25 ounces) yellow cake mix
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil (or package instructions)
  • 3 large eggs (or package instructions)
  • 1 cup eggnog (or amount of water from package instructions)
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg

Ingredients (glaze)

2 cups confectioners’ sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 tablespoons margarine, melted

3 tablespoons eggnog

Method

Step 1

Prepare cake batter according to package instructions but use eggnog instead of water. Add 1 teaspoon nutmeg. Pour into greased and lightly floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes (adjust time for other size pans).

Step 2

Combine glaze ingredients and pour over cooled cake.
