Ingredients
- 3 large cucumbers, peeled and sliced
- 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons fresh dill or 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
- 1/2 to 1 cup sugar depending on how sweet you want it
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method
Step 1
Combine cucumbers, onions and dill.
Step 2
In a saucepan mix sugar, vinegar, water and salt. Bring to a boil. Pour over cucumber mixture. Cover and chill for 3 hours.
