Ingredients
- 1 package (15.6 ounces) cranberry bread mix
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup margarine melted
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 30-36 pecan halves
Ingredients (orange glaze)
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
3-4 teaspoons orange juice
Method
Step 1
Mix bread mix, margarine, egg and orange juice. Stir in chopped pecans. Roll into 1-in. balls. Place 2-in. apart on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Place a pecan half into center of each cookie.
Step 2
Bake at 350° for 12 to 14 minutes, until lightly brown. Cool for 1 minute before removing to wire racks.
Step 3
Whisk glaze ingredients. Drizzle over cookies.
