Ingredients

  • 4 pounds country style ribs, cut into serving pieces
  • black pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can (10-1/2 ounces) tomato soup, undiluted
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Method

Step 1

Sprinkle ribs with pepper. Brown ribs in a skillet. Place ribs in crock pot and sprinkle with garlic.

Step 2

Mix together remaining ingredients. Pour over ribs. Toss to coat. Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
